We tend to think of solicitors, barristers, and legal professionals as a pretty serious bunch. When your day-to-day revolves around airtight contracts, court appearances, indemnities, and looming deadlines, things naturally tend to stay formal.
But does that mean legal life has to be solemn all the time? I certainly hope not. In fact, beneath the legal jargon and mountains of paperwork, a dry sense of humour is usually what keeps an office running.
