Two Funny Police Cartoons. Add Name Choice. There is a particular brand of British constabulary humor that never quite gets old, usually involving an officer standing in the rain looking deeply perplexed by life's bureaucratic absurdities. It's available in my Cartoons by Nigel store which you'll find over at Zazzle. | |
